How Pregnant Mothers Can Influence How Tall Their Children Will Be

Now most parents wish their children were taller than them. Being tall is fashionable in most societies. Tall people are seen as better athletes, actors, models etc. Genetics plays a big role in determining the height of a person but if you are short and you want your children to be taller here are some things to do to have a high chance of having taller children.

👉🏼 Take advantage of the morning sun : This tip is for mothers when pregnant ; try as much as possible to expose your baby bump to the morning sun light. Babies can absorb vitamin D right in the womb if there mums can get exposed to the morning sun which is rich in vitamin D which is good for formation of bones.


👉🏼 Eat calcium and protein rich foods while pregnant : foods such as fish, milk etc contains high amount of calcium and protein which is good for the development of the child / children in the womb. Taking lots of these stuff will play a big role in the height of the baby when they are born.


👉🏼 Exercise while pregnant : we are not saying you should go to the extreme but there are light exercises which pregnant mothers can engage in. This releases a hormone known as HGH to the mother and the baby in the womb as well. The HGH is the hormone responsible for the growth of the human body . Also exercise helps in easy delivery of the baby.


Pregnant women who engage in this activities have a higher chance of giving birth to children who would be taller as they grow up. Remember genetics play a big role in the outcome of these things but consistency is the key to perfect results and can make a significant difference.
