Babies can absorb vitamin D right in the womb if there mums can get exposed to the morning sun which is rich in vitamin D which is good for formation of bones.
👉🏼 Eat calcium and protein rich foods while pregnant : foods such as fish, milk etc contains high amount of calcium and protein which is good for the development of the child / children in the womb. Taking lots of these stuff will play a big role in the height of the baby when they are born.

Also exercise helps in easy delivery of the baby.
